People-Government Relations
Hi, I saw a posting for Assistant Manager (People-Government Relations) and was wondering if this position is similar to a CM? Like will I have to do groundwork or is it an office position? Also, will it be a good position to take, considering elections are coming up soon? Or is the workload completely separate from electoral stuff? Thanks!

Hello peeps. I have tried applying but to no avail. Plus with referers from PA. I do not understand how the HR chooses their candidates. Any PA HR here cares to share?

Hello! i first applied in 2012 with a referer. After which i applied twice with 2 different referers in 2013. And recently another referer. All from different constituencies. Cause i heard from my friend that with referer it will be easier to get in but not in my case D: thanks for askin!

I was fresh grad in 2011 and actually secured an interview with a referer working in PA. I got the call shortly after the application. But unfortunately i failed to impress in the interview.
Yup with referer is much easier, as i tried to apply few times before that.

morrison reavalu
Just a quick question about inflated titles in some sectors.
Do those inflated assistant directors get to have their own small private office or are they also packed in crowded common cubicles?
