Both posts require different set of qualifications - Constituency Manager requires degree, RC Manager requires lower qualification.

Waiting is dreadful, agonizing and painful..

Interview went well but ended up I did not get the job. Don't understand why. Sad.

CM and RC has different job scope. office also locate differently. CM works in CC and RC work in RC centre. If you asked about intensity of the job, CM is tougher then RC. Because CM are in charge of many things, as well as many ad-hoc projects. RC more or less are doing what their job scope laid out. But if you compare the prospects, CM has much better prospect then RC.
