Yes, including AWS. Basically Govt bonus ranged quite abit due to covid all those. Im avg performer so 1.5mths per year. Going to promote next year I think. so will be back with new value. Don't think I'm quitting soon.

Its pretty realistic for banking. Operational risk / regulatory / aml compliance at PB/IB pays well and these banks have offered significant increments over the past few years for these roles. You don't even need a technical background to get into these roles. I understand it might seem like a shock to low income earners who are languishing in reject positions but this is not even noteworthy in my circle.
