I don’t see much of career progression unless you want to be here for 2 years and request for an internal transfer within MOM.

not possible. I believe for SOC side, either you move to FMC or COC or even OPB max, from how things are moving, Programmes side seems to be a dumping ground.

Correction.

Ranking starts from team level upwards.

Team>District>Regional Command>ACE>MOM

MX14 will be fighting with all the other MX14s
MX13 and MX12 will fight with all the others of the similar grade.
MX11 onwards should on their own playgrounds.
