You are easily > 45 yo. The offer is not done based on monthly pay. It is always wrt annual pay.

Let me give you a pay range. Dir is about 200-250k pa. DD is about 160-200k pa. it is very rare to see anyone outside joining a poly At a position of DD or Dir unless you are from a stat board/ministry. So the best offer you can get May just be something around 130-150k pa..

I beg to differ. Company plays an important role in your title too. I wonder if you are happy to a manager earning approximately 4k or senior executive earning approximately 7-8k in another firm.

I have >20years pte sector accounting experience and am contemplating lecturing in ITE or poly. Can someone pls advise the approx starting pay if I join ITE and poly ?

Don’t expect too much...around $100+ or zero if you hit a ceiling...
