this will be the new pay you're getting in March, after the pay adjustment from Sept 2012.
a simple calculations and you should be able to deduce the % of your pay adjustment.

no lah i pax5 only7%. pax 4 yes if one is on the lower half of the ax4 range, top of ax4 range only get 4%. don need to bitch anymore it is fair overall, and happy we got it.

Have increment is happy but I heard colleagues get range from $100 to $700, u think overall is fair because u bitch 7%

Expect to get 10%. Can understand % subject to the bar ceiling so may get less. But if alrdy cross bar years ago & adding the 10% still under the new ceiling, still no 10%? Any ideas anyone?

As long as u are still below the max new ceiling after the 10% adjustment, u will get full adjustment
