By any chance you are in IHL?
so basically, they take your annualised salary (bonuses included) divided by 12 to give you your monthly salary. Take-home pay after cpf.

nope, not in IHL.
does this frontloaded bonus usually include avc? was quoted more than 1 month, not sure what else there is apart from the 13th month aws..

My agency frontloaded bonus it's just AWS + partial PB. AVC is not included.
