The theme going forward is inclusivity and diversity whether in unis or workplaces. Girls also have their disadvantages similar to guys. Guys must learn how to navigate this new terrain including picking the right uni and courses to study and choosing the right coporation to work.

If there's no conscription then our nation does not have a strong and stable foundation to built a successful business city. Girls also have their fair share- procreation which hinders their career development too. It all boils down to decision making. Guys must master the art of making good decisions. If you are positive, hardworking, intelligent, pleasant disposition and wise in making decisions, hitting basic salary of $10K by 30 is not a problem. From here to 40 years old, your career just take off follow by cruising speed in your forties and fifties. You shall live comfortably financially and retire no later than 55. Just focus on developing and stay positive under all circumstances and you shall succeed.

This thread is cringe with all the self-absorbed finance bros, superficiality, and supposed PrEsTiGe. At the end of the day, nobody gives a ****. Just focus on your own journey and for those who made it, congrats.
