Not sure what datapoint you want but this is based on my conversations with my peers.

I’m at an American BB doing IB

Heard CS bonus is 8-12 months but dk if my friend is smoking me.

It’s a crumbling bank anyway so probably needs to pay more to retain people

I swear I often heard rumors of EB/top BB in SG paying in excess of 12 months of bonus for top performer...

And I know that my colleagues who have been in the field for quite some time often bitch about our firm 8-10 bonus range, implying that other firms pay a lot more? Hence, my question. Thanks for the answer tho.

My 8 months bonus is based on my boutique base which is lower than BB. Overall TC is slightly less than average BB I think.

why do so many people sh1t on big4 corp fin? is it not the same work as bb ibd? less the pay and prestige. anyway most do for 2-3 years and move on to banks.
