have been offered a job as investment analyst for a boutique buy side with 2bn aum. Anyone knows what is the rough total comp that i should be expecting?

Are you actually managing aum as a PM or is it just equity research? There is a big diff.

I'm actually a fresh grad. There are going to be 9 ppl in the investment team including me if i join.

Pure play swiss private banks like Pictet, Lombard Odier etc. have good cultures and are nice plays to work at

How's Evercore? Heard Keith Magnus is quite a tough boss to work under.

Agree but they dont usually have large intakes and are quite selective.
