No point appealing, TAP's very selective. If you still wanna work for GovTech can consider their fresh grad positions! Check out their careers website

Usually, TAP comes in as Grade E and for info, the grade F range is only 5-7k, so I think 70-90k is more realistic
so Dream on... as I don think there is another range just for TAP, if there is, more turnover will happen... in the past 2 years, GT have high turnover and then junior grade cannot keep up or take over the G/H.

not the previous replier..
but you may look at the link that guy replied..
but usually, Fresh Grad comes in as D/E if you are Tap.
Grade D,E,F = Associate Engineer
Grade G & H = Engineer
Grade I = Senior Engineer
Grade J = Lead/Executive Engineer
D-F can achieve within 2-5 years, as TAP comes in as E
G & H are the mainstays of GT, can achieve within 2-3 years from F
I & J is RO(Boss) grade can achieve witin 4 - 10 years
but YMMV
