SAP STAR Program
Can someone share what is the salary for Star Program and the fresh grad pay? Not sure ehy there is no thread dedicated to SAP.

Is it possible for a fresh grad to be a programs lead? I see that a SMU fresh grad managed to be a Programs (and Communication) Lead straight after uni but past job advertisement at mycareersfuture mentioned that the role requires 10 years of experience. If experience does not matter at SAP, I intend to apply for the Integrated Communications Sr Specialist role. Appreciate if any folks working at SAP can shed some light. I have about 2 years of experience in a comms role.

I saw it on linkedin. Will people really fake their titles at linkedin? Won't the employer or other employees question them?

u dont believe me u go see all the freshers who are interning now, a lot of them put their LinkedIn job title as "Software Engineer" instead of "Software Engineer internship"
or
"Bank Associate" instead of "Specialist Intern" etc
no one gives a fk bro legit, what matters is ur resume...
