Anyone got rejected at the last stage (Senior leadership management interview)? Do they give out direct hire offer instead?

Around 2,000 applicants, but only have less than 12 slots. The rest of TAPs quota are filled up by transfer scholars (President/ PSC/Smart Nation Scholars)

Only PSC(Engineering) tied to GovTech and Smart Nation Scholars tied to GovTech are emplaced on TAP.
Other PSC/ministry/stat board scholars have to go through the TAP assessments and fight for a place in the less than 12.

hmm those on PSC/SNS scholarships tied to GovTech number 4-6 each year so in total for TAP it's less than 16-18 each year

No you have to apply directly to the teams on Workday

I was recently rejected after the last round of interview. Still not sure why I was rejected. The SLM interviewers seem to be impressed by my leadership and academic achievements. Should I write in to appeal? How much is the pay diff for fresh graduate program vs TAP?
Some info about me:
- Local CS FCH
- President of a engineering club
- Won 2 hackatons and won a conference paper award

what uni? what engineering club?
hearsay pay slightly higher for TAP. not sure how credible
