it is 6 figures after aws bonuses and fixed allowances. tap is the top of Grade E scale, if they want annual base increments they have to promote. this pushes them to perform

It's an "up or out" culture there anyway. If ppl don't get promoted after a while, they will leave for better offers.

This 100k-120k range is considered low for these TAPs. Many of them have better offers elsewhere (because they can?). But they choose GovTech for the passion for public good.

but usually, Fresh Grad comes in as D/E if you are Tap.
Grade D,E,F = Associate Engineer
Grade G & H = Engineer
Grade I = Senior Engineer
Grade J = Lead/Executive Engineer

D-F can achieve within 2-5 years, as TAP comes in as E
G & H are the mainstays of GT, can achieve within 2-3 years from F
I & J is RO(Boss) grade can achieve witin 4 - 10 years

but YMMV

Can share what is the salary range for each grade? is the range same or diff for each role?
