Hey guys, just submitted my take home assignment for Round 2 last monday for DSAID, anyone knows how long they usually take to get back to you?

in early tech careers, training and not pay is the most important. pay comes with demonstrated training and experience

wah wth, 1000+ people apply and only 10+ selected among all capability centres? or 10+ among one capability centre? agreed the brand equity seems pretty legit. if i get rejected for this intake, you think its worth to find a job for the meantime and try again next intake?

My friend who got into TAP last year said it's 2000-3000 applicants in his year. So this year probably more!

10+ total from all the capability centres! Each capability centre has about 1-3 TAP per year. Quite clear they're incredibly selective for TAP. After all, they're seeking to hire high potential engineers.

Yup can always try again but as the above poster said it's getting more competitive each year. Can also consider joining their fresh graduate programme

If you go linkedin and see the profiles of those TAPs, you will be surprised most of them are scholars from
ivy league unis like Harvard/MIT. Those local Us ones are top of their cohort, with masters/dual degrees.
