anyone currently waiting for their round 4 interview? how long has the entire process been for you guys?

I applied for GovTech TAP in July, passed the HackerEarth test and just submitted my take home assignment yesterday (for GDS) + received a response and date for the pair programming round within the hour of submission.

According to HR, there are total 4 rounds:
1. The HackerEarth DSA technical test
2. Assessment from the capability center (in my case GDS + ESTL, I chose to just do GDS as the ESTL take home was too large for me to complete plus ESTL is notoriously hard to get into)
3. Interview with Tech Lead
4. Interview with upper management

Was just wondering, is the pair programming round considered within stage 2 or is it already moving on to stage 3? If it's the former, will stage 3 and 4 be whiteboard style with DSA type of questions?

Also, for anyone who has done the GDS pair programming round, what was it like? I've never done pair programming before T_T

U are still in the second round, stage 3 and 4 will be culture fit related

any tips for final interview? after that then how long give offer/bg check ah

Yes, it is a fast-track leadership-trainee programme and they are very selective

Probably the hardest tech job to get in Gov. But also the highest paying
