WITCH companies are dog tier garbage in tech / IT.

Basically you get hired, sit on a bench and do some bootcamp or learning. If you're unlucky, you just sit on the bench for months, basically do fking nothing so you learn nothing.

Pay is also dog trash.

99% of the people there are all Indians. Unless you're Indian, you will be discriminated against and they will treat you like a dog.

Any project that you get, high chance it's some outdated tech stack trash where you will learn nothing, hardcode almost everything and get fired in the end because you're not Indian.

Having WITCH companies on your resume is as good as building some cock website by yourself, giving it a company name and saying "I AM CEO / FOUNDER of XXX.com"
