Ya e far south ones.
Knowledge wise not bad tbh, I got the chance to work with good ones. but the management managers managing them really cmi don’t know how to manage clients expectations how the hoot they even got the job in the first place how the hoot they get their pmp cert

Got so high meh. If they offer 4.8k to fresh grad, then how much do other companies have to pay to hire this fresh grad vendor sia. Hard to justify paying more than 5k to train a fresh grad vendor with no work experience. Rather pay a bit more to get an experienced vendor that can add value to the team.

Cocknizant consultants are not SWEs. 4.8k is way too low for an SWE anyway.
They should be paying about 4k la at best.
