Within the team, the fresh graduate hires from the company also have the first dibs to new learning opportunities and they are encouraged by their manager to suggest and implement new initiatives or try new stuff, whereas a vendor fresh graduate hire like me is just tasked to do repetitive minor tasks all year round. I feel like my technical skill is not improving as fast as their fresh graduate hire even though I started working before them by a year. T_T

You should be grateful that they even hire a fresh graduate vendor. You joined them as a clueless fresh graduate and they are willing to give you a chance to learn on the job. Normally company wants an experienced vendor that already knows what to do and can bring additional value to the team.

Precisely. As a client I would be sian 1/2 if my vendor were to send a newbie over to get paid while learning to work.
