Non-promotion year, ~5.5%, 3 month bonus in OCBC as developer

UOB ops cost centre. 2.75mths. Non-promotion year 8% increment. Feelsbad not part of the 600 getting 1 extra month.

Non-promotion year, ~10% increment, ~6.6 months bonus, risk management

UOB. Corporate function. Increment 11%, bonus arnd 5 months.

Heard this year. DBS/UOB gives good increment and bonus similar to past 2 years. OCBC lagging behind. BOS is the worse.

OCBC, O&T Tech side, non promotion year 7-8% and 3 months. How about others?
