no lmao they dont give a f if you got masters or not, there's plenty of people in dbs with a poly diploma

just google "Application developer dbs linkedin" and you'll see many bootcampers with no degree who are analyst / associate rank in dbs.

your increment is based on current pay, if you were getting 6k as an associate, 20% jump is normal because senior associate lowest pay range start from 7k.

u work in dbs right? go see ur peopleshub, look for hiring policy, it's literally written there "salary increments are subject to performance and salary range limits"

u need recognition from at least 3 avp / vp and above in your dept within your LOBT

if there's HC for ur dept scorecard then u can get in HIPO, if not cannot

also HIPO base requirement is AT2 and better for at least 1 year, if u get AT2 this year, you can only qualify for next years HIPO because nomination starts in the middle of the year and nominations are in Q3 prior year, not current

sorry i mean WHO GET NOMINATED is decided in the prior year, Q3

the actual nomination results come out in middle of the year

Pardon my noob qn but how does the application for HIPO work? Is it self-nominate or will your bosses nominate you?

To any current SEEDERs, how is your career trajectory? i.e. increments, bonuses, progression, possibility of getting into HIPO program? Anyone moved to foreign banks?
