Thank you.
In my experience, I did receive increment moving from SingHealth to NHG. Also, my ex-colleague increased in JG moving from NHG to NUHS. It's a myth.

Your circumstances are exceptional and not typical.

You may be right, but I still have yet to hear of an actual frozen pay/JG move across clusters, despite a lot of people saying that is definitely so.

What did your ex-colleague in NHG move to NUHS to take up?

Moved from JG12 to JG13. Quite a significant pay raise too.

Does anybody know for promotion from executive to senior executive, do they take into account your years as a contractor if u are a 1-year contract position in the same role prior.

Also, what's the timeline on average for exec to senior exec? And also the pay range for senior exec.

How about doctors in hospitals? They get the JG scheme as well?

In my experience, yes, they do take into account. They took my 1.5 yrs contract into account when I got this perm role.

I can't speak for the average, but I took 2.5yrs to progress from Executive (JG11) to Senior Executive (JG13). Pay range is 4.1k to 6.6k.
