More years, lower increment. There's a cutoff, perhaps after 5 years there's no increment. Fresh grad got like 300, older staff got less than 100 lmao

Interviewing with CGH this week. Was previously from NHG cluster. Anyone know the culture differences? NHG's benefits were quite good but not familiar with SingHealth cluster.
