Hi, from public healthcare for 6+ years here, had colleagues who went to public and private institutions. For public, strictly no pay increment to honour the non-poaching system. If it’s within the same cluster, they’ll even process it as a lateral transfer and not “change of job”. The only one who got a slight increment was because they quit entirely for a few months, and did a simple certificate to upskill before applying back to another public hospital. Hope this helps

Mine is AHP but from what I see the admin roles quite similar salary range and bonus, so should be comparable? Was 5% in my experience.

Only juniors got increment I heard. Some up to 300+
Not very nice for senior staff who have been working for a while

Yeah, AHP/pharmacist rly not worth it right now. Promotions and slow and increments are misearable.

i think it is rightful, my salary before the adjustment is lesser than fresh grads who join a few years after me.
where got fair.
