Why getting C is sad? Imagine you are holding a senior position and earning 15k per month, if getting C means lie flat, just enjoy the monthly pay plus 1 month CPB plus close to 1 month IPB with full job security. Isn’t that a dream retirement job with constant flow of income and excellent work life balance?

Last time C is 1.5 mth, and not everyone get senior positions easily like indeed team

Last time C- got no bonus so the poor performers are better off now with close to 2 months bonus since it’s so hard to give D.
