you are right. but for contract workers, HR can choose not to renew, they don't even need to retrench you.

You will get your 13th month bonus on your anniversary. The date when you joined them one year ago.
For example: if I join them on 15th September 2020, then I will get my 13th month bonus on 15th September 2021 lor. For direct contract role with GT.

Urhh I just used my other offers/interviews to pressure them for a better deal that's all. Salary wise cant do much because your boi is stoopz and second upper is capped at 5520

The cert you name, quite common in govt tech especially cisa, even associate consultants have.

From my experience, it’s more like how well you fit/can fit into the role you applying.
Having the above certs will definitely help, but having an/many offer in hand is da best.
