The op meant 1.5 x PB and dint account in the AWS and corporate bonus. If you take those into account, you're looking at 3.5 months bonus or 15.5 months salary on average.

I am also abt 10 - 11 years experience, if join Govtech what grade should I be looking at? So not to get lowballed?

Should be AD or Senior Product Manager equivalent. Minimally I or J grade.

Hi guys, for those on direct contract with GT, when do you get your bonus? is it at the end of contractual one yr or end of the FY21?
