The op meant 1.5 x PB and dint account in the AWS and corporate bonus. If you take those into account, you're looking at 3.5 months bonus or 15.5 months salary on average.

Should be AD or Senior Product Manager equivalent. Minimally I or J grade.

If there's an economic downturn, they will cut your pay not retrench you. This was briefed to me by the HR. There's this thing called Monthly Variable Component in the compensation structure.

Depends. I know someone with 15years working experience join at grade I.

Till now, we have never heard of govt doing layoffs before. Even if there were layoffs, the first to be cut should be those jiak liao bees in SAF camps.

Hi guys, for those on direct contract with GT, when do you get your bonus? is it at the end of contractual one yr or end of the FY21?
