Anybody converted to perm before contract ends?
What is the salary increment and promotion compared to perm role?

anyone received pro-rated increment before if you joined them mid-year? and will there be any increment after probation? If yes, what will the range?

This is the tricky part. Are you considered direct contract with GovTech or you are considered outsourced headcount? This will make a very big difference in your career path.

I believe if you perform well, there shouldn't be any issue.
Seen quite a few success case

if can check if anyone currently from stat board or civil service trying to join gov tech ??

think recently they change their careers @ sg portal.. now they are asking for ya current stat board and the supervisor email ... which i thought is abit disturbing ...

wandering did you all ignore or enter according ? seek for advice please

just afraid that they go and really alert ya ro that u are thinking of leaving haha ..
