if you are getting in your degree and you are on a diploma right now then u are effectively applying into the job and will need to compete base on someone with equiv degree year of exp

Why direct contract has grade too?
I though contract ends just get completion bonuses then nego on new package per market rate.
That's the advantages for contract staff as in having more bargain power.

I think maybe they consider those on direct contract as 1 year probation. If good performance and have headcount then convert to perm and continue as per normal.

will govtech offer base on working experience , last drawn or current job market rate?
asking this because I feel my current drawn is lowballed. As I talked to a few of my classmate and also know came to know now fresh grade are drawing quite a sum now.

depends. from junior to middle management is less than 3 years.
from middle management to senior management takes awhile

I am current working in Accenture as a tech analyst (non tech role)
Stayed here for 1 year so far want to jump to civil servant, any advice?
And chance to get into Govtech? What role should I apply?
