It seems to have some differences between contract and perm staff. This is from my personal experience after comparing mine with my friend
1. Contract position get Anniversary bonus meanwhile on perm get AWS
2. Perf bonus seems to be more or less the same with 2-5x depends on your performance
3. On perm, it seems other than AWS+perf bonus, they also get an additional bonus between 0.5-1x salary. Can someone confirm this?
4. For offer letter might differ between division, but it seems contract have a clause to mention about no of months bonus depends on performance rating, but on perm, it didn't mention anything about AWS, perf bonus and the additional bonus from point no 3. At least this is what i noticed after comparing. Might also because we're both on different division

typical bonus (prudent) is about 1 mth aws, 0.75 corp bonus (same for all), 1.5 avg performance bonus.

package pretty much similar to IHIS, for ppl who know.

How come govtech bonus like ihis.

Why so many tech people cross over to govtech thought the pay offer is really good.
