Too bad. Just bear with the consequences of low morale, poor quality, loss of trust. That’s why the most important task for those in management position is to secure MMF. Get someone who can write good funding paper and do the pitch to help.

That’s why they are management but you are not. You need to know when to do a good job and when to do a bad one (find excuses so no penalty). Have a second order thinking bro.
