If your bosses want you to leave, they will give you a D for the recent performance appraisal, and you will be placed on a performance improvement program. The PIP is 3 months, and after that, they will give you 1 month notice for termination. You can read from Onespace for more information. Good luck, everyone. I hope you don't get a D for the appraisal.

Wah like this means perm staff also not safe liao. Can just give grade D for ipa then pip and asked to go.
