Increase of 700 engineers from 2022 to 2023? Is that true? The whole of GDS is not more than 700 ppl right? Or do you refer to engineers from DSAID, NDI, Assurity, GIG

Don’t forget reorg that moved a few SVC departments to HQ in 2022 and 2023. Maybe that contributed to the reduction of 100 headcounts in SVC.

Good way to purge existing Govtechies and replace with cheaper ppl who can’t other make their way into Govtech through proper hiring process eg poor qualifications, lack of experience etc.
After all, does Govtech require so many skilled labour? Outsourcing to vendor can already.

agree. outsourced is sustainable way to go, govern by sla. hire so many engineers..they take their own sweet time. after all,we are not product company
