Every year, you should have done your performance appraisal right ?
If so, it doesn’t make sense that you don’t know your job grade.
I think your job grade should be displayed at your profile page in Workday.
Check with your RO if you still can’t find it.

Because all salary grade X people who get performance grade Y get the same amount of performance bonus. So regardless if you are earning at the bottom end or top end of salary grade X, you get the same performance bonus as others who are also salary grade X and gotten performance grade Y.

This is worse than the current system unless the performance bonus they are giving is higher than what you could have gotten with the current system.

The current system is based on your base salary multiple by number of months (depending on your performance grade)

This is what CE is saying lo, will earn more than current system.

But all these is hearsay la. See how's it going to be and what the final number going to be like
