I joined directly is grade G. But I have kolik from F to G takes usually 1 year plus

Irrelevant experience only Grade D. Relevant experience, then Grade F. If competent, can promote fast. But as get more senior, promotions take longer.

usually move up grade with title change is the bigger hurdle.

H-I if you have many L3, then your RO easier to justify

me i collect many L2 but no L3, happy with G.

personally i don't think i leadership quality, sorry low EQ.

I think I'm happy with G too. Just hope to have G but high salary

I tried getting L3 but totally not easy. Kena rejected lol

And L3 has additional money I think
