that is so unfair!!!!! some of the indeed people are fresh grads with <6 months of working experience, and come to GovTech, their level is higher than those that work for >2 years in GovTech!!!!!!!

Must be prepared to kenna for it also lor. Govtech con alrd PS say got issues with PSD. Likely our salaries causing other civil service side to lose people because they can't keep up with the salaries.
