Interviewing for Application Infrastructure Manager
What is the salary range for AIM in GovTech? Had already been shortlisted for an interview.
Currently drawing $9+k in one of the banks. Can I expect significant salary bump with GT with the AIM role?
Also, how can I be prepared for the interview?
I was told by HR there will be 2 parts. Tech assessment and Interview itself.
Thanks

Thanks for your reply.
What will consist of the total package? Base pay with what kind of bonuses? And are there any allowances etc?

I'm in the same situation where they have already pegged me to a grade, and they can't really offer beyond what I'm currently drawing. Hopefully you do better than me haha, best of luck!

Actually, what are the odds of you being told what grade they are considering you for? Potentially this might be useful for us to at least suss around for the range. Obviously we'd want to extract maximum value but the reality is that we would also know that if we don't perform well enough and get promoted out of the grade, we might have to 'hentak kaki' in terms of salary increment.

If you pass all the rounds, then the hiring manager and HR will peg you to a grade. After that, the HR might tell you the grade. For my case I cleared all 4 rounds and at the end, the HR tells me the grade and because of that, even the max of that grade is barely what I'm currently drawing...

So i assume you rejected the offer? Anyway, my ex colleague (my ex direct report) who is currently in GT told me that there were 3 rounds of interview for him when he joined late 2021.
1. Phone
2. Teams
3. Phone with offer
Does the process differs from role to role? i.e. seniority, position etc?
Cause he went for AIE, whereas mine will be for AIM.
Thanks!
