I see. GovTech wont have any RSU but there's a good bonus portion so maybe they take that into account. For e.g let's say industry top percentile is 90 - 120k (rough guess based on my research), then GT is slightly below this, cos most direct hires, would prolly get around 80 - 92k because of the bonus component. Of course those in TAP making 6 - 7k are on another level.
This is all a rough estimate from what I know, feel free to correct me.
