Generally surface performance over quality kind of environment. They don't need people who can think, just follow book, don't question. Otherwise downline ok, overall ok. Overall highest up may or may not be toxic/ protect a middle management admin from same town who rude and mean to low ranking staff, do ridiculous thing. In his eyes, if you are small, you are a servant with no right. (sorry, no servant in Sg, pls have mutual respect) Not from ur team but there is a middle management admin who may or may not be well protected maybe because same town as highest up. Will appear in ur inbox. Lucky so far one only but
unreasonable mean and protected by nani-g.

Bro, locals also. So many come from questionable background. Local/foreign banks without good reputation, poor education, no measurable substance in a lot of middle management. It's def not pb environment here, only 0.001% locals here can make it. Insecure middle management who suppress downline who came from better and mostly from local rice speaking upbringing and stunts. Basically every also questionable

I have offers for Ops at GS, and graduate program at mnc.

Both pay $5k. Which has better progression? Should i work myself out at GS or shake my leg at MNC for same starting pay.
