Generally surface performance over quality kind of environment. They don't need people who can think, just follow book, don't question. Otherwise downline ok, overall ok. Overall highest up may or may not be toxic/ protect a middle management admin from same town who rude and mean to low ranking staff, do ridiculous thing. In his eyes, if you are small, you are a servant with no right. (sorry, no servant in Sg, pls have mutual respect) Not from ur team but there is a middle management admin who may or may not be well protected maybe because same town as highest up.
