"Includes" means already factored into amount.

I see outstanding contributors getting 4 months plus.

That guy claiming 750 bucks is 0.2 months of his salary is basically telling everyone his basic pay

You can't tell my basic pay, because it is prorated. I just joined ST last year.
Actually, I just have the doubt that my bonus is 2.1 or 2.3 month in this case?

Wonder how many people resigning after the bonus.

My friend once told me, the 2 months we get is inclusive of the 13th month, so actually only got 1 month bonus

band 2: Good Rating

3.5 for this FY. 2 increment this year. First increment on Jan, 2nd one in July.

On how I achieved this?
I closed a few PO & 1 COC as a TL. Stirring **** about competitor(joint proj) to customer, then they tio condemn. Gotten recognition by bosses. Basically, when you work.. don't diam diam. Go loud or go home.
