3.5 for this FY. 2 increment this year. First increment on Jan, 2nd one in July.

On how I achieved this?
I closed a few PO & 1 COC as a TL. Stirring **** about competitor(joint proj) to customer, then they tio condemn. Gotten recognition by bosses. Basically, when you work.. don't diam diam. Go loud or go home.
