If based on the past few years increment only around 3%. And this year they claim to give very good increment, so I assume my increment this year is 6% (double?), that means my promo is 11% - 6% = 5% only????!

E5 to E6, Band 1. 10%. Hearsay upper management is really damn messy now. They dont know what they doing. It is time to leave guys and leave a huge knowledge gap in the company. Not worth it to work for this company anymore. They dont value their people ..

2022 Salary
Hi all. Since it's now 2022 and it's been about 3 years since the last listing (I think under post #259) of salaries of all positions, can we again list down our salaries? I'm really curious how wide the ranges are for the same positions. I shall insert 2 salaries below that I know of. Appreciate if you can list your salary and/or make any adjustments to the ranges below.
E5 - Engineer ?
E6 - Senior Engineer $5400
M1 - Assistant Team Lead $6100
M2 - Team Lead / Assistant Manager ?
M3 - Manager ?
M4 - Senior Manager ?
VP ?
SVP ?
