Good - Relatively very stable company
No Good - Very lousy bonus and annual increment. Even promotion increment is about 4% for average performance. Let say a fresh grad join ST @$4000 as engineer and after 3 years, his salary would be about $4300. A promotion to senior engineer of 4% would be (+$172 only), which give you $4472.

Got 4% good already. My former division usually max out at 2% during good times.
