Yes.

You see from the timeline I posted earlier: I didnt go to any psychometric or other tests. I also only had 1 interview. Coz I already have some reputation in this field.

mines (app with another SB) at the submission approval by their HR (clearance to PS) before the indicative offer can be made formal

You are applying a position with SB but need PS to clear? i thought only job application with ministry then need PS' clearance?

which is why i was also surprise when the HR person update me that they will be putting submission up to get PS endorsement before formal indicative offer lor

fingers crossed as it's on the last hurdle of the long drawn out process
