LTA (Land Transport Authority)

Hi all, I have been working in mnc with almost 5 years experience. Recently got an offer from LTA. There is no increment, neither there is a pay cut as compared to my existing monthly salary. However my current annual package is about 14 - 15 months, and based on what I read here LTA package typically range from 15-16 months. I’m in a dilemma now because I am not sure if it is advisable to make the transition, as I understand that LTA job scope is much heavier considering the site work and night shifts. Any kind souls care to advise?

Scope depends on which divison, and handling what project. Signaling project team, most traction power supply project team (rail services), and m&e design (mechanical & electrical services) have pretty bad worklife balance. Would be wise to avoid if salary is not significantly (at least 20%) better.

Hello, anybody knows what's the MX11A equivalent in LTA?

Non-engineering position.

Anyone know if I'm not graded as join 4.months ago do.i still get PB
