AFAIK civil service new hires always prefer local uni grads. In their eyes, distance learning are not on-campus learning as students do not study full time at the certifying university.

I'm just assuming your UOL is from SIM and not physically in UK. However, if you studies in UK for the full duration, there are still some places that prefer local grads first.

First year at LTA, my boss just spoke to me about PB already. So we will get the letter on Workday is it and the payment on 31 Mar? Any idea what is the quantum for G9 C+?
