Roughly 5/12 of AWS (13th month) and the Year end bonus.

GT monthly salary much higher than LTA. Who in the right mind will leave GT for LTA lol

Tier 1 in salary, but tier 2/3 in terms of prestige. An average performer (29-30yo) can expect 100k annual package as an engineer
A project manager (typical 35-40yo) 130-160k annual package.
