What’s the average timeline to get hired by LTA? Presume it’s 2 interviews? Will it take 3 months or more since there will be security clearance? I see their job ad keeps refresh but didn’t get call up and status still say processing

2 interviews for all standard lta jobs.
most often if no call up within 2 weeks of application it's considered not shortlisted. very rarely will they contact you past 2 weeks, from my own experience. only one time did i get a call after many weeks, only because they said they were busy at that time.
fastest timeline to get hired should be within 1.5-2months.

Is the 2 weeks timeline for LTA or in general? Cuz if it's for LTA, it sounds like u had applied for so many LTA.jobs to know that lol

Yes it's for LTA, with high confidence. I am not sure about the rest, but I would assume it should be more or less similar
