if join lta mid career, how do they calculate the pay? is it based off previous pay, or based off current market condition like calculating CURRENT fresh grad pay + adding on years of experience?

depends on whether they have already found a candidate. if not, and they have plans to relist the job, they can call u anywhere from 1 day later to 2weeks later. at least that's from my own experiences. anything more might be a no-go
